Inteleads is a start-up which searches and approaches companies on behalf of our clients to set up sales appointments. We use email, data and automation technologies to do this as effectively as possible.
Suppose a company called Hooli sells sensors to make car factories smarter. Then we help Hooli get in touch with the right decision makers at those car factories and get them interested in Hooli. We do this by digitally tracking the decision makers and then automatically, but personally, approaching them via cold emails.
Inteleads does only one thing but we do it very well. Luckily this thing has nearly unlimited market potential and a high price per ticket. We are currently at the start of an exciting journey and looking for first colleagues to share the road ahead
What you will do
You will be the first fully-dedicated sales person at Inteleads which means that apart from your core job of bringing new business you will also be charged with building the sales function. We see a good opportunity for this role to transform into a sales manager but that will also depend on your success and your interest in management.

You will have a chance to shape the company and make a huge impact on our growth. However, you can only succeed if you’re driven, positive and flexible. You will not necessarily see polished processes or comprehensive answers waiting for you. That’s where we want to go but expect you to help us get there.
